Two people have appeared in court and denied murdering a man who was stabbed at a Metro station.
Claire Park, 26, and Sean Clarke, 25, are accused of killing 37-year-old David Moorhouse during an attack at Pelaw Metro Station on April 29.
Both pleaded not guilty to a charge of murder during a short hearing at Newcastle Crown Court yesterday.
The pair, both of Zetland Street, Darlington, were remanded in custody. A further hearing will be held on Monday to set a trial date for later in the year.
