The festival, which has performances televised nationally, will he held from tomorrow to Friday, August 6.
Morris team Jet Set, which was formed in 1999 to bring Border Morris to the Saltburn and Whitby areas, will perform at the festival this year.
Mike Loftus, from Guisborough, east Cleveland, squire of the group, said: "To be invited to Sidmouth is both a great honour and a fantastic opportunity for Jet Set to perform in front of thousands of people from Britain and abroad.
Jenny Brown, from Marske, east Cleveland, who organises the dancers and puts them through their paces at their practice sessions in Saltburn said: "We'll be giving performances in the main arena on the Wednesday and Thursday and performing in the grande finale on the Friday evening.
"We're also doing workshops where we teach some of our dances to people who are interested in learning about our particular style of Border Morris dancing."
