MORE famous names from Darlington Football Club's past could be honoured by the new-look Quakers.
The new regime at the club is keen to see more ceremonies at the Neasham Road stadium like that given to Ron Greener on Tuesday night, before the pre-season friendly against Leeds United.
The 70-year-old Darlington legend, who made more than 500 appearances for the club, was recognised as the stadium's Presidential Lounge was renamed the Ron Greener Suite.
Chief executive Andy Battison told the audience at the ceremony that there were hopes for more parts of the ground to bear the names of Quakers' favourites.
The former Bar 66 has already been renamed The Tin Shed, a tribute to the popular North Terrace stand at the old Feethams ground.
