A CHARITY shop is branching out into fancy dress. Marilyn Monroe and Snow White are two of the costumes now in stock at Oxfam, in Thirsk.
Shop manager Ellen Kershaw said: "It was something we kept getting asked for and so we put together a selection of outfits.
"For administrative reasons, the shop cannot hire the clothes, but we are hoping because they are so cheap, people will return them to us after wearing.
"We can then keep the collection going."
The outfits have been donated by the public, or have come from costume hire shops that no longer need them.
