THE Vikings inspired some jewellery designing at Margrove Heritage Centre, Boosbeck, this week.

Children took part in a craft session - one of many family learning activities at the centre this summer.

Sessions on Wednesdays are family learning activities with Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council's Adult Learning Service, while the Friday sessions are drop-in sessions organised by museum staff.

Activities are free but children must be accompanied by an adult. Wednesday sessions need to be booked in advance. Call Liz Vine on (01642) 479500.
