Harrogate Theatre has announced a diverse autumn and winter programme.
The programme ranges from candlelit dinner theatre to pantomime and opera to sing-alongs.
The progamme marks Hannah Chissick's first year as artistic director.
A theatre spokesman said: "We are continuing to produce the best home-grown work, mixed with some of the highest quality toured shows in what looks to be a memorable season."
The theatre is embarking on a campaign to raise £1.8m for improvements to the 100-year- old Oxford Street playhouse, now regarded as one of the most thriving provincial theatres in the country.
It is a far cry from the days when the theatre went dark over funding uncertainty, poor attendances and threat of closure.
The new season starts on August 19 with The Resistible Rise of Arturo Ui performed by Harrogate Youth Theatre, which runs until August 21. Further information about the full programme is available from (01423) 502710.
