A FORMER punk will play in Teesside at the weekend.
Jah Wobble will perform traditional English folk music at The Arc, in Stockton, tomorrow as part of the Stockton International Riverside Festival.
The former bass player with punk band Public Image Limited and dub producer, Jah Wobble now focuses on the music of his homeland.
Wobble has taken folk classics such as Byker Hill and the Blacksmith's Song, and modernised them. Hartlepool singer Liz Carter will sing with him in the band.
