A DOUBLE killer who stabbed a friend's lover to death at a drinking den sobbed as she was jailed for life at the Old Bailey yesterday.
Michael O'Connor, 36, was knifed through the heart by Isabel Coll, 43, in a drunken rage after she was handed the weapon by his girlfriend, Laurine Harrop, 40.
Coll, originally from Sunderland, was later caught on tape when an emergency services operator overheard her discussing an alibi for the murder. The pair both blamed each other for the killing.
Harrop was cleared of murdering her lover but convicted of manslaughter and jailed for nine years.
Coll was jailed for life after being found guilty of murdering Mr O'Connor, who was known to friends as Mick.
In 1997, she was jailed for four years for manslaughter after beating a man to death with a rake.
