THE British Trust for Conservation Volunteers is looking for people to help out with a project to repair a public footpath.
The site, near Roseberry Topping, near Guisborough, is popular with walkers and the work will involve building an edging board and in filling it with stone.
Refreshments will be provided and no previous experience is necessary. The team will be leaving from Kiplin Hall, near Scorton, at 9am, on Tuesday, and will return at 5pm.
More information is available by calling (01748) 811970.
ROAD WORKS: Roadworks on Teesside include emergency work caused by a landslip on the A174 at Loftus Bank, works caused by a collapsed sewer at Marske Mill Lane, in Saltburn, and the temporary closure of Loys Lane, in Loftus, caused by a dangerous cemetery wall
