PUB regulars are pulling together to help others in their community.
Drinkers from the Oak Tree pub, in Catterick Village, plan to pull an 8.5 tonne truck to the nearby Bridge House Hotel and back.
Proceeds will go to Balmaclellan House, a home for disabled adults who regularly drink in the pub.
The event is being organised by truck driver Derek Donoghue-House, who has been lent a truck by his employers.
He said: "The residents at Balmaclellan House are regulars at the Oak Tree and we enjoy their company and wanted to do something to help them."
The truck pull will take place at noon on Sunday, August 22. It will be followed by a barbecue and a raffle.
