ARTISTS and craft workers from two clubs are joining forces to put on a three-day display of their creations in a village chapel.
Residents and tourists will be able to view the artists' paintings, embroidery and models at Newbiggin Methodist Chapel, near Barnard Castle, during the bank holiday weekend.
The event will be open from 11am to 5pm on Saturday, August 28, with a workshop included for the first two hours.
It will also open for the same hours the following Monday, and until noon on the Tuesday, when there will be another workshop.
It is being arranged by members of the Craft Works Club and the Green Explorers Club, which are both based in Barnard Castle.
Anne Noble, manager of the Green Explorers, said: "We will show a lot of interesting and colourful items which have been made or painted during our weekly sessions. Everyone is welcome."
