A NURSERY which recently opened in Darlington is preparing to thold an open day for children and parents.
Visitors will be able tour the Tiny Turners Day Nursery, in Brinkburn Road, on Sunday, from 11am to 5pm.
Activities will include a bouncy castle, face painting and refreshments.
The nursery offers sections for a range of ages, from babies to five-year-olds. It has a television and computer room, and an after-school and holiday club will be available for children aged five to 14.
Karen Clark, from the nursery, said: "The nursery has been approved by Ofsted, is based at a secure location and will open on September 21.
"On Sunday, if it is a nice day, there will also be lots of games going on outside in the garden, which is huge. At the moment we have five staff members, but eventually this will increase to 20."
