THE crowds turned out in force to see one of the biggest gatherings of replica and kit cars ever assembled in the North.
More than 800 lovingly-built vehicles lined up for the second Great Northern Kit and Car Builder Show at the Yorkshire Event Centre in Harrogate.
This year's event attracted about 7,000 enthusiasts, making it the biggest kit car show held in the North for many years.
Organised by John Cooke, of European Promotions, the show was a record breaker, with more than 40 manufacturers, 40 trade stands and 35 kit car clubs taking part.
"This year's show had a real buzz about it, with more kit car manufacturers attending than ever before," said Mr Cooke.
"All the cars looked stunning in the Yorkshire sunshine and the massive increase in visitors just demonstrates how popular kit cars have become in the North."
