DEPUTY Prime Minister John Prescott will be in the region over the next two days in the build up to the regional assembly referendum.
He will be starting his final tour to promote the Government's "Your Say" information campaign at the National Glass Centre, in Sunderland, today, before travelling to Corbridge and Middlesbrough on Friday.
In Middlesbrough, he will using the Transporter Bridge as a backdrop for the advertising campaign before taking part in a debate at the University of Teesside, at 6pm.
