Mark Buckley and Tony Culhane, who teamed up successful with Armagnac at Sandown last week, can make a return visit to the winners enclosure with Distant Cousin at Redcar this afternoon.

Yenaled goes well at Musselburgh and can supplement his recent course win by taking the Sharp Minds Best Odds Premier Claimer over a mile and one furlong.

Kevin Ryan's gelding goes particularly well for inexperienced riders and had today's pilot in the saddle when beating the in-form and regular winner Bailieborough by a length and a quarter.

The mile classified event half an hour later looks a tricky event but, although he's got a bit to find strictly at the weights, the suggestion is the in-form Joshua's Gold, whose style of racing is well suited to this tight course.
