A GROUP of singers are hoping to become a big noise in the world of pop music and take the charts by storm.
Bambam, made up of six girls, including some from the Durham area, are busy in a recording studio in Stockton and are hoping to secure a recording contract to release their debut album in the New Year.
Stockton-based co-founder Kerry Norman, 20, has just finalised the group's line-up with the band's manager Ali Wilson, and yesterday the sextet enjoyed their first photo-shoot.
The group will give their first live performance in front of football supporters in the coming weeks, when they will provide the match-day entertainment at Sunderland's Stadium of Light.
