A CHARITY concert has raised £1,000 for St Teresa's Hospice in Darlington.
The event, at Bowes Museum, in Barnard Castle, featured the Carol Andrew Singers from Darlington.
Jeff Lynn, chairman of the Bowes Music Steering Group at the museum, said: "The concerts are a wonderful way to raise awareness of both the museum and music in our area. Their success has led to the production of a dedicated charity concert each year."
Hospice director Jane Bradshaw said: "We are immensely grateful to the Friends of Bowes Museum and to the Carol Andrew Singers for this generous donation and wish them every success with their future concerts."
