CHILDREN are invited to join a toy library that has been established in Hartlepool.
The library and arts and crafts shop, on Usworth Road Industrial Estate, opened in June and has more than 50 members.
About £20,000 has been spent on the resource, which has been set up by Government-backed toddler and parent support group SureStart.
Money has come from SureStart, the Northern Rock Foundation, Hartlepool Borough Council and town charity Hartlepool Families First.
There is an annual membership fee which ranges from £25 for a school to £5 for an individual family.
