TWO actors will take to the stage in the North-East next month in the world premiere of Going Straight.
Richard Harris wrote the play about two London gangsters failing to retire peacefully, which will be staged at Darlington's Civic Theatre from Monday, October 18, until Saturday, October 23.
John Alderton, of Calendar Girls and Upstairs Downstairs, and his wife, Pauline Collins, who starred in Shirley Valentine, will unite on stage for the first time in 20 years for the production.
