PARISH councillors are meeting to discuss proposals to sell their premises for use by the community.
Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council plans to sell offices and storage rooms, at the junction of Dundas Street and Bath Street, in Saltburn, which are used rent-free by Saltburn, Marske and New Marske Parish Council.
Two parish wardens are based at the property, which is also used to store community items, including the town's Christmas lights.
Cabinet members will decide the future of the premises at a meeting on Tuesday.
Meanwhile, parish council members and the public have been invited to a meeting on Monday, at 7.15pm, in the council chamber, Saltburn Leisure Centre. It will look particularly at how the warden service would be affected.
