FREE taster sessions to help older people get to grips with the Internet will be held in north Durham next month.
The Silver Surfers Festival, run by charity Age Concern Derwentside, aims to show older people the benefits that technology can bring to their lives.
Activities available will range from basic e-mailing skills to advice on using the Internet to research family history.
Sessions will run in libraries across Derwentside from October 4 to October 29. For details, contact the charity on (01207) 218866.
