Andy Toman has denied he has returned as Peterlee manager following their 5-0 defeat at Billingham Synthonia on Saturday.
The former Hartlepool and Darlington midfielder, who quit a fortnight ago, organised a team for the crisis-hit club.
But he said: "I agreed to help them out because they were without a team, but it was just a one-off."

Crook Town's 100 per cent record was destroyed when Second Division leaders Prudhoe beat them 5-1. Kevin Shoulder (2) , Chris Taylor, Scott Wilson and Ian Davison scored for Prudhoe, with John Shotton scoring to put Crook just 2-1 behind at one stage.
