A TEENAGER has raised almost £300 towards a snooker table at a day care centre for people with dementia.
Bekki Godfrey, 15, of Bensham Road, Darlington, decided to raise funds for St Hilda's Day Centre for the over-65's, in Parkgate, in the town, by completing the Great North Run last month.
The £270 she raised in donations will help pay for a snooker table at the centre, which is run by Darlington Mind.
