THREE men appeared in court yesterday after a fight at a Darlington nightclub.
David John Darke, 21, and Mark Antony Connelly, 23, both of Zetland Road, Barnard Castle, admitted using or threatening unlawful violence in June this year.
Rachel Master, prosecuting, told South Durham Magistrates' Court that the pair were involved in a fight between three groups of drinkers from Darlington, Newton Aycliffe and Barnard Castle at the Mardi Gras nightclub, in Gladstone Street.
She said one man was glassed in the face.
Gary Alan Hudson, 20, of Bury Road, Newton Aycliffe, was charged with the same offence but no plea was given.
Proceedings were adjourned for all three men to appear before Darlington magistrates on October 26.
