A PROGRAMME of family fun events has been drawn up in Hartlepool for the school half-term week.
The events will mostly take place at The Historic Quay, the Museum of Hartlepool, the Art Gallery and the Town Hall Theatre, starting on Saturday and running for a week.
Events at Hartlepool Historic Quay include: a re-enactment of the Battle of Trafalgar on Saturday and Sunday, scary stories by the Spoo-Quay Sorcerer on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, October 25, 26 and 27; a display of creepy crawlies on Thursday, October 28; exotic animals on Tuesday and Wednesday, October 26 and 27 and a talk about bats on Saturday, October 30.
Events at the Museum of Hartlepool include halloween stories on Monday, Tuesday and Friday, October 25, 26 and 29.
At Hartlepool Art Gallery there will be art workshops on Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday, October 27, 28 and 30.
At the Town Hall Theatre, there will be a panto-style performance of Dick Whittington and his Cat from 1pm on Thursday, October 26.
Payment is needed for some of the above events.
