A SQUASH club which produced a homespun England international hero is on the market for £225,000.
But its sale has sparked uncertainty among club players who hope it will be bought by someone wanting to continue its squash tradition rather than bidding to convert it into non-sporting use.
Knaresborough Squash Club, which has three courts, also includes a gym.
The club's most famous player was Aiden Harrison, from Knaresborough, who played for England on 12 occasions from 1989.
The club is owned by Little Ribston farmer John Goodwill, once a keen player but who now says he plays only occasionally and decided it was the right time to put it on the market.
