Spennymoor are hoping to sign a new keeper ahead of their trek to Leek Town this afternoon.

First choice keeper Phil Naisbett is ruled out because of injury for several weeks, while Naisbett's predecessor, Darren Horrigan, could return to the club after a short spell at Scarborough, but not until after the weekend.

And that means that Moors don't have any recognised cover between the posts. Despite the problem, manager Graham Clark thinks his team can pick up at least a point today.

"Leek are doing pretty well in the league, but we're not bad when we play on the break."

Brian Honour returns as manager of Bishop Auckland when they take on Burscough at the Brewery Field.

Midfielders Stuart Irvine and Stephen Salvin return after injury to what could be a full squad.

Honour said: "Every game will be a cup tie to us in the next few weeks. We have cup matches coming up in the Trophy, Durham Challenge Cup and League Cup, but every league game will be like that as well."
