IT looks good enough to eat and, in fact, it is - but you'd have to be brave to get your teeth round this tasty work of art.
The 3ft tall haunted castle has been created by a team of experts at the famous Bettys Craft Bakery and has found a home at their tea rooms in Northallerton's High Street.
Sitting alongside a giant marzipan pumpkin as part of a Halloween display, the completely edible castle took more than two weeks to make.
It is home to a host of spooky characters including ghosts, skeletons, witches and wizards - all made of confectionery.
