TICKETS have sold so well for a concert by a pianist billed as the best in the world that extra seating had to be found.
Finish pianist Antti Siirala, has won dozens of awards around the world. He will play at Gisborough Hall at Guisborough, East Cleveland, on Wednesday.
"The demand for tickets has been so great that we were anxious about fitting everyone in," said concert organiser Peter Sotheran.
"Luckily, the hotel's function suite is very adaptable. Everyone will be able to see and hear in perfect comfort."
Kim Yardley, of Gisborough Hall, said: "It is a great coup to get such a highly-regarded performer to play here in East Cleveland."
Usually, concerts are held at the Sir William Turner Almshouses in Kirkleatham, Redcar, but bigger accommodation had to be found.
The concert starts at 7.30pm. Tickets can be reserved by credit card by ringing (01287) 632225 during office hours.
