THE Redcar detachment of the Cleveland Army Cadet Force is using information technology to train its cadets, thanks to a gift from east Cleveland's largest landlord.
Coast and Country Housing has donated four computers and a printer to help cadets, who are aged 12 to 18, with their activities.
John Dunn, IT manager at Coast and Country, said: "We wanted to donate the equipment to an organisation that could really benefit from it, and Cleveland Army Cadet Force fitted the bill perfectly."
Territorial Green Howards Army sergeant Robin Connell said: "This equipment will really help us to develop learning initiatives for the cadets in a fun and interesting way."
