A GROUP of 15 year ten pupils from Eastbourne Comprehensive School, in Darlington, spent a week with the Army recently and completed a series of team-building exercises.
School tutor Paul McCann joined the teenagers and experienced true Army life, including early starts, cold showers and food rations.
It is the second year that the school has worked with the Army and headteacher Karen Pemberton said its success means it will now become an annual event.
