Wearside League: There is no change at the top of the table since the three leading sides all won by a 3-1 margin.
Leaders Stokesley SC came from behind before seeing off fifth-placed Jarrow who had the incentive of a first-minute goal from Mark Rumbles.
Craig Johnson and Richard Hore restored the advantage to the home side by the interval but it was not until the 88th minute that they made sure of the points as Jonathan Newton struck.
Darlington RA are second just a point off Stokesley with two games in hand on their rivals. Andrew Singlewood was their first half marksman at home to Whitehaven and in the second period Nigel Bolton and Warren Byrne also found the net. Byrne though was later sent off for a second bookable offence.
Coxhoe Athletic are also in contention for honours. They built up a three-goals lead inside 33 minutes courtesy of Robert Tones (2) and David Hutchinson before Jamie Martin replied for Ferryhill Athletic.
Birtley Town, in fourth position, conceded two points when Cleator Moor Celtic claimed an 89th-minute equaliser. Lee Dunn scored first for the Cumbrians before Darren Mahone (og) and Stephen Ireland put Birtley 2-1 up.
Just when it appeared that Birtley would take all three points, Zak Rudd levelled with just a minute remaining.
Ryhope CW ran out 3-1 winners at Boldon CA where Stephen Rochester bagged a brace of goals and Anthony Holmes also netted. David Hopper was a late scorer for Boldon.
Cleadon SC, enjoying a better season, recorded their sixth win with a good performance at Windscale. Derek Newton, Danny Nixon and Daniel Efford were all on the mark in a 3-0 success.
Gateshead Reserves played only their fifth game and are still without a victory after losing 2-1 to New Marske who led through Michael Trainer and Billy Millington before Liam Bell struck an 85th-minute goal for the Tynesiders.
Tony Quinn was the first-half scorer for Annfield Plain but Sport Catterick edged a 2-1 result courtesy of Craig Culyer and Nathan Butterworth and Harton and Westoe left Washington Nissan UK still searching for their first win after gaining a 2-0 victory with goals either side of half time from Dale Wells and Jonathan Mullen.
The game between Shotton Comrades and Wolviston was postponed
