HIGH-school days in 1950s America are being revived on stage by Willington Parkside pupils this week.
The cast of Grease have been working for five months on the musical, which ends a three-night run tonight.
More than 30 students aged between 11 and 16 are appearing on stage with a supporting team working behind the scenes on the set, lighting and props.
Craig McPherson and Stacey Wright played the lead roles of Danny and Sandy.
Director Paul Bond, the school's head of performing arts, said: "They have all been working tremendously hard for five months to put on this performance.
"It is the first time anything on this scale has been held at Parkside and it has been a real success -as well as a brilliant experience for the pupils."
