A GROUP of 45 students and five staff from Yarm School has been on a cultural and educational visit to China.
The visit centred on the capital, Beijing, and the former Imperial capital Xian.
Highlights of the tour included the Great Wall, the Summer Palace, the Temple of Heaven, the Forbidden City and Tiananmen Square.
Trip organiser Phil Crookes said: "It was a great experience for everyone. The standard of accommodation and transport exceeded our expectations and our guide, Jin, became a real friend."
