Science and technology companies across the region were given a boost today when a £35m venture capital fund was launched.
Nstar has launched its North-East Co-investment fund to work with trade investors and other venture capital funds to increase the number of investment deals taking place in the region.
The fund will focus on technology-related companies, targeting those wanting anything up to £2m of equity capital.
