A Darlington woman has been jailed after breaking two drug treatment and testing orders.
Linda Dodsworth, 19, of Melsonby Crescent, was sent to prison for three months by Darlington Magistrates' Court yesterday.
Magistrates heard Dodsworth had stolen a £20 poncho from Etam clothes shop on October 10.
Her solicitor had asked the bench for one more chance.
But chairman of the bench Alfred Walker said Dodsworth did already have an "appalling record".
He said: "We have listened very carefully to what was said on your behalf. But you will be sent to prison for three months."
