TWO sumo wrestlers in tutus, Bob the Builder and a punk flexed, stretched and strained in the name of charity.
Fifteen women took part in a fancy dress aerobics class at Haughton Youth Centre, Darlington, to raise money for Children in Need.
The entertaining class was organised by aerobics instructor Dee Hobden, 23, who dressed as a fairy from the top of a Christmas tree.
The women collected sponsorship, paid £2 admission and gave donations, helping to raise £691.40 for the charity.
Miss Hobden, from Darlington, said: "We really had such good fun during the event - the two women in big sumo costumes looked hilarious, particularly when they did the floor exercises."
