Bishop Auckland manager Brian Honour will field almost a brand new team when they take on Witton Albion at the Brewery Field this afternoon.
Honour will include three new signings, with the possibility of another new face before the game.
Goalkeeper Dale Roberts, defender Michael Coulthard and striker Mark Sheeran will all make their debuts, while midfielder Damon Robson will make his home debut after signing last week.
Honour said: "It's possibly the best squad I've had available for a long time. There were a few signs of improvement in our midweek friendly, so hopefully we can start winning again."
Bishops need to start winning again, because they have dropped into the bottom two again with only Gateshead below them.
Spennymoor are away to Radcliffe Borough, and have no injury worries.
Manager Graeme Clark said: "We want to extend our unbeaten run to eight games. Radcliffe were the pre-season favourites but they're under achieving. It's a great opportunity to move above them in the table."
Moors are currently 14th in the table, on the same points as Radcliffe and Lincoln United.
