A VISITOR centre will get in the Christmas spirit tomorrow with a seasonal sale of hand-made crafts.
Former manor house Seaton Holme, at Hall Walks, Easington Village, which is now a gallery and base to Groundwork East Durham, is holding its third craft fair of the year, from 11am to 4pm.
There will be about 15 stalls selling crafts, mince pie teas, as well as music by Easington Colliery Band from 1pm to 4pm.
Seaton Holme spokeswoman Irene Haddick said: "We have got just about everything including jewellery, woodwork, Christmas decorations, Christmas hampers, hand-made walking sticks and hand-painted china.
"People can see the china being painted during the event. There is also a big raffle.
"We have three fairs a year and each one seems to get better. We always get a few hundred people in.
"Proceeds from the event will go to Groundwork East Durham, which is a registered charity, but we will also be making a donation to Children in Need."
Admission to the fair is free
