CHILDREN on Teesside have been remembering loved ones lost to cancer - while raising money to help other sufferers.
Each of the pupils attending Hemlington Hall Primary School, near Middlesbrough, has planted a daffodil bulb in what has been dubbed a field of hope in the school grounds, raising £340 for Marie Curie Nurses. The school's response was described as "heart warming'' by Marie Curie spokeswoman Louise Bamford.
