LEADING academics and curators will be at Newby Hall, near Ripon, this weekend for a two-day conference.
It is part of an exhibition at Leeds City Art Gallery called Drawing from the Past: Will-iam Weddell and the Transformation of Newby Hall.
The exhibition brings together an archive of working drawings by leading architects of the day.
The conference will see academics and curators presenting papers on 18th Century architecture and design.
