SHOPPERS in Middlesbrough are being asked to nominate a worthy cause.
Bosses at Hill Street shopping centre are asking people to suggest a good cause to benefit from its annual festive charity collection.
Donations are made by youngsters visiting Santa's grotto in the centre.
Centre manager Peter Drabble said: "Rather than charge children to visit Santa in his grotto, we hold a collection for charity. There are so many good causes that we haven't been able to choose a charity this year, so we would really appreciate some help."
Everyone who makes a donation can fill in a form with their suggestion. The person who suggests the chosen charity will receive a hamper.
