ADVICE on how to keep your heart healthy is starting early for youngsters in Redcar and Cleveland.
Pupils are taking part in Heart Research's healthy schools campaign from today until Wednesday.
Barbara Harpham, national director of Heart Research said: "We believe that one of the best ways of preventing the onset of heart disease and establishing healthy living patterns is to reach people at an early age."
The talks will be held today in John Emmerson Batty school, Dormanstown Primary, Grangetown Primary and Nunthorpe Primary.
On Tuesday, there will be talks in Ings Farm Primary, Lakes Primary and Caedmon Primary schools.
On Wednesday, the final round of talks will be taking place in Hummersea Primary, Lingdale Primary, Overfields Primary, Ormesby Primary and Bankfields Primary schools.
