Wear Valley and Darlington Cats Protection is asking people to support its Feed A Cat appeal this Christmas.
Money can be sent to Cats Protection, PO Box 180, Wear Valley, County Durham, DL4 2HA.
It can also be donated at an open event on Sunday, from 2pm to 4pm, at 7 Roseberry Terrace, Shildon.
