A RISING North-East actress attended two film premieres in less than 24 hours this week.
Newcomer Jessica Johnson was at The Gate entertainment complex, in Newcastle, on Monday night, for the premiere of British film, School for Seduction.
The former bar worker plays Donna in the movie, a mouthy checkout girl who signs up for a course on how to attract a man.
The following night, she was back on the red carpet, this time at the new Cineworld complex in Sunderland, for the launch of another film.
* Can See You is a short film made by the Ynot? Arts Project, made up of young people who have been clients of care services in Sunderland. It was put together by Superkrush film production company and also starred Chris Beattie, from North-East comedy Purely Belter.
The film is set around the disappearance of a teenage girl in Sunderland and the search for her by her boyfriend and best friend.
