A FESTIVE comedy to beat the winter blues takes place at a Teesdale Village Hall this month.
Eggleston Village Hall is hosting a Festive Frolic by the Grand Theatre of Lemmings, on Saturday, December 18.
The comedy, which is part of the Highlights Rural Touring Scheme, is about the cast of a show, who discover that the props and costumes for their Christmas show have been sent to the wrong venue.
Instead, they find the props and costumes of a famous magician and attempt to make do with them.
The audience is warned to expect the unexpected with stunts, tricks and fast-moving comedy.
The show starts at 7pm and tickets cost £4 for adults and £2.50 for children. For tickets, call (01833) 650798.
