AN annual carol concert will take place tomorrow at a Teesside university.
The Queen's Campus Endeavour Choir and Orchestra will join together for the annual Christmas carol service at 4pm in the Ebsworth Building, at the University of Durham's Queen's Campus, in Stockton.
There is an open invitation to staff and students as well as to the public to join in the service, which will be led by the Reverend Richard Bielby, Chaplain of John Snow College.
The audience will include a number of residents and carers from nearby residential homes for elderly people.
The Endeavour Orchestra, led by Professor Martyn Evans, the principal of John Snow College, will open the service with Sleeper's Wake and will conclude with Sleigh Ride.
Andrew Lundie will conduct the choir, which will lead the congregation in a number of traditional Christmas carols.
The service will be attended by the mayor of Stockton, Councillor Jennie Beaumont, and a collection will be taken, with proceeds donated to the Alzheimer's Society.
