A MAN barred from his mother and stepfather's home was back in court yesterday.
Harrogate magistrates imposed a restraining order on James Maine in January because of a violent and abusive campaign against Lyn Drummond and husband Robert.
Yesterday, Mr Maine, 30, of a hostel in Stockwell Lane, Knaresborough, was accused of breaching the order four times over the weekend.
He was accused of visiting their home, demanding money and contact with his mother, shouting obscenities and throwing an ornamental hedgehog at the house.
He was remanded in custody for a week.
