Crooksbarn Primary School in Norton, Teesside, has been named one of the 100 most improved schools in the country.
It has improved each year since 2001 in national tests for English, mathematics and science.
Headteacher Jonathan Twidle said: "All staff and children have worked extremely hard to ensure year-on-year improvements."
