FOOTBALL fans are being given the chance to bid for prizes in a charity Internet auction.
Prizes in the Sunderland AFC Foundation Christmas Auction include a round of golf with manager Mick McCarthy or an executive box at the forthcoming home game against Gillingham.
Parents can even bid for their son or daughter to lead the Black Cats out as mascot in their Boxing Day clash with Leeds United.
For smaller budgets, signed mouse mats, tea towels and teddies will also be going under the virtual hammer.
All proceeds from the auction will go to the Sunderland AFC Foundation, which works with 30,000 young people a year, using football to interest them in learning.
The site will close next Thursday so successful bidders can receive their goods before Christmas.
